Working Group 4:

Management and Corporate Culture

Management and corporate culture make a crucial contribution towards helping companies to address demographic change in a way that benefits all parties. Varying approaches depending on area, sector and current situation would be useful here. A company culture which is suited to all parties is not possible, but an intensive exchange on interventions and their respective consequences can take place. Thus the members of the working group generally present their own projects but also often give insights into their "workshop of ideas" and discuss concepts in the form of a collegial consultation. Guests from the fields of science and research are also invited to discuss individual questions.
