Working Group 8:

Pay-scale Structure

The Pay-scale Structure working group sees itself as an idea workshop for innovative approaches towards putting together demography-oriented collective pay-scale agreements. The background for this is the understanding that measures towards sustainable HR work are becoming more and more important in times of demographic change, even in the framework of regulations on collective pay-scale agreements. Future-proof conditions for bargaining policy help to supplement operating solutions and allow for a forward-thinking HR policy which strengthens the competitiveness of the company.

In the working group examples of pay-scale agreements and success factors are collated and practical experiences are exchanged. The working group sees itself as an open, cross-sector committee and is aimed at HR managers, association representatives and collective bargaining law experts.
